FOODCOLORCHALLENGE| GREEN Week| Hara Dhaniya Chutnee(Coriander Sauce)
For this challenge I choose Green Coriander beacuse it's only green available at home 😄 I made Green Coriander Sauce aka Hara dhaniya chutnee in my language.
It's easy to make and beneficial as well.
Benefits Of Green Coriander Sauce:
Consuming green chutney comprised of coriander, cumin seeds, salt, and green chilies on a regular basis will relieve inflammation throughout your body.
Let's Start the recipe.
Ingredients:
√√ Green Coriander------50gm
√√ Tamarind Pulp-------2 tbs
√√ salt----- 1 tsp
√√ Cumin seeds powder--- 1tsp
√√ Green Chillies-------2 large (Thai)
√√ Water------2 tbs
Directions:
.Take 50 grams green coriander and wash well with water.
.Soak tamarind in water for 15 minutes in water and make pulp.
.Take green chillies,salt and cumin in a plate and set aside until tamarind pulp ready.
.Put all ingredients in a blender and make a smooth paste.
.Tasty Green Coriander Sauce is ready to serve.
This recipe for coriander sauce has to be the number one Pakistani, Indian dip. It goes with almost everything - you can eat chutney with sandwiches and you can serve it with meat, chicken, fish, vegetables Pakistani, Indian snacks and with rice as well.
