Steemit Engagement Challenge| S13-W4:"Time for my Daily Menu Delights"


The subject of this lovely competition is Daily Menu Delights and I am excited to share my healthy daily menu.

Welcome to my Daily Menu Delight. We all take a balanced diet to maintain a healthy body and live a healthy life. Balanced food means we take non-vegetarian and sugary foods as well as vitamins and minerals in order to build the body.


So I always try to have a sufficient quantity of each food item in my daily menu. Because we take food for healthy. We get sick by eating food but it is better not to eat than to eat that food.


Here I have mentioned the daily diet menu of the type of food that I usually consume.
I always try to eat my daily food on time, but sometimes I get late due to my busy schedule. Then I tried to eat the food on time

I had cooking menu today--

The kind of food I had for breakfast today-


Two roti/bread without oil
An egg fry
Cucumber and tomato salad
Cauliflower and potato vegetables and
A banana

This breakfast meal time was 9:30.

Importances

Today in the breakfast item I eat healthy home-cooked food which is the key to health. And I ate less carbohydrates like two oil-free roti and vegetables and salad for fiber. Bananas are rich in vitamins and minerals, rich in potassium, calcium, sodium, and iron. Eat protein-rich eggs.

I tried to eat foods that are important for body growth and bone formation and low-cholesterol foods and rich in fiber with vitamins .

But I drink milk tea which is harmful for health, but sometimes I drink milk tea to taste and add texture and new dimension to food.


Lunch time

I ate half a potato and half a burger at exactly 12:34 p.m. I am a diabetic so between 12-1 pm I eat something light so had potato tiki half burger which I made at home.image.png

For lunch, I ate white rice, along with potatoes and beans fish curry, potato mash and sweet pumpkin fried. There was a piece of lemon with it.

Since I went to my children's school, I came home and had lunch at exactly 2:45 p.m.


Importances

This food also contains fish protein which is beneficial for health, as well as carbohydrates and vegetables which are rich in fiber. Low cholesterol. And vitamin C in lemon is good for skin, teeth and hair and antioxidants increase the body's immune system and reduce the risk of heart disease.


In the afternoon, I was watching cricket with everyone, so I ate some popcorn and peanuts between watching cricket.In the afternoon, I was watching cricket Bangladesh vs Srilanka with everyone, so I ate some popcorn and peanuts during the cricket match.

  • Peanut protein, oil fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals are also food.

These healthy snacks regulate insulin levels and hence are good for diabetics to eat regularly. Moreover, they are low in sugar, and fat, and low-calorie snacks that are rich in fiber, vitamins E and B complex, minerals and complex carbohydrates.


I drink black tea without sugar for my tiredness and freshness. I like to drink this tea so much that only the tea smell of the tea is amazing while drinking it and nothing else. Drinking it removes all fatigue and the mind feels quite refreshed
I drank this tea exactly at 6 pm.


Importances

The caffeine that I get from this tea is very effective in headaches, but it does not have to be boiled in the oven/Gas stove for a long time, it produces harmful chemical Tannins that are harmful to the body.

But we usually drink milk tea but it is very harmful which is a kind of poison. Then knowingly we are drinking this poison.



Dinner time

I ate milk before dinner at night, because after 40 years of age, milk is necessary to meet the deficiency of calcium in the body.image.png

At night I usually eat roti . So that night my dinner plate was chicken, potato and bean curry and cucumber tomato salad. Fruits were apples.I took night time my medicine and what I take every day.

The meals I ate at night were carbohydrates from bread, vegetables but also fiber and vitamins from fruits. Eating an apple and banana every day is very healthy. Apples have only 52 kcal of dietary energy and are full of antioxidant-rich vitamins and minerals.


Besides, it prevents dehydration of the body. And bananas have nothing to do with electrolyte imbalance. So the doctors advised to eat bananas because of a diarrhea problem.


Today I am sharing my one-day menu and time import which you might like to see.

I always prefer hygienic and healthy food and try to eat homemade food and less restaurant and street food. I don't really like rich food items.I prefer green vegetables and animal fish protein. So always try to eat healthy food, especially low in carbohydrates and fiber, non-vegetarian / protein food, and more colorful fruits and vegetables with vitamins and minerals. This kind of food will keep me healthy enough.

Such a great content you have here mama and to consider the time you put into arranging this post is just incredible.

Your choices of food are very amazing and it shows you really take giving your body a good treat to feed on as it’s very important to maintaining a great health.

My dear friend how are you so when I see your post the most fascinating thing for me to read your post is just you are logo whenever it's just outstanding and I am always and try to be very perfect and making logos but I think you are just amazing and the food you are sharing it's just out class when ever I want to try.

The presentation of your food is so mouth watering that even you don't are Hungry but if you see this food and its presentation you always try to eat and I think this is very good thing and that to you make food so good want to eat it again and again and the snacks you are sharing is just so good I think this is the healthy way of living and I wish you very best of luck for your contest and I hope you will see a lot of succeeding in your coming future.
