It's my pleasure to be in week 12. Let me share with you my menú du jour, sushi. This is one of my favorite and repeatedly eaten foods. Raw and simple moreover rich in omega-3.
My top favorites are salmon roe, salmon, tuna, and sardines. If I had to choose only one its sardines. I guess probably fewer people love it.
Or I would pick salmon roe. That briny but sweet taste is very enjoyable. It burst into my maw.
Yet for sure you can't enjoy sushi eating one kind alone. There are many types of sushi that you can enjoy. Like me a sushi lover last time I ate more than 10 types. I was an overeater.
