Steemit Engagement Challenge S7-W1: "Healthy Nutrition"
Hello happy steemit friends, how are you all? Hopefully we are all still in good health and well. On this occasion I tried to take part in a contest held by steemit, namely the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 7 - Week 1, in the Steemit Iron Chef community which was created with the theme Healthy Nutrition
Healthy food is food that contains sufficient vitamins, carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Healthy food is needed by the human body to maintain organ function and ensure proper performance. Various types of food included in a healthy diet contain various nutrients by having good and balanced nutrition. In order for us to be able to do various activities properly, we must eat healthy food every day.
Healthy food must be able to provide a variety of nutrients the body needs in sufficient quantities, including vitamins and minerals. Some examples of healthy foods that can be consumed are types of vegetables (broccoli and carrots), types of apples, avocados, oranges, bananas and types of berries and others. Healthy food is very good for us to consume at any time, whether morning, noon or night. For healthy food I really like papaya, apple and avocado. As for vegetables, I prefer broccoli and carrots.
Consuming healthy food every day is very important to maintain body condition, especially when the pandemic has not completely disappeared. By consuming healthy food, our body will be protected from various diseases. So foods that contain complete nutrition, minerals and vitamins are highly recommended every day. Because our bodies really need the intake needed to support various daily activities.
By consuming healthy food will make our thinking more responsive. Consuming healthy food will increase our body's resistance to various diseases. Eating nutritious and vitamin-containing foods not only improves physical health, but also mood. With good nutrition, minerals and vitamins, you will get a quality healthy life.
Maintaining a healthy body is very important and I will do this every day, especially when I'm approaching old age. For that maybe we need to do a diet to ensure the type of food we consume according to daily needs. Basically a diet is a pattern of eating in which the way and type of food is regulated. Diet is done to maintain overall body health. The diet pattern that I have been following is not suitable, because sometimes I often consume inappropriate foods. But I always try to go on a diet so that my body is always healthy and awake.
Everyday to maintain my health I try to consume healthy foods, such as vegetables and fruits. I also regularly consume fish because it is very good for maintaining body condition. For the nutritional needs of my body I prefer to choose broccoli and other green vegetables. As for the type of fruit I choose to consume apples and watermelons. Although occasionally I also consume other fruits and vegetables for variety, such as bananas and avocados.
Healthy food, of course, must meet several criteria, so not everything you like is included in the criteria for healthy food. Some examples of healthy foods such as apples, papayas, bananas, avocados, oranges and vegetables. While an example of unhealthy food is a type of food that contains preservatives.
