Let's Celebrate World Egg Day| Recipe of Egg Sauce

Welcome to my food blog. Today I want to participate in a contest titled; let's celebrate world egg day, organized by @mvchacin.
Egg serves as food and are being produced from chicken, turkeys, quail, guinea fowl, pigeon, duck, geese and pheasants. Egg can be used in preparing different types of meal. For the purpose of this contest, I will share with you all the recipe of egg sauce.
The ingredients used;
- Egg
- Fresh tomato
- Maggi
- Salt
- Onions
- Fresh pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Thyme
- Curry
Now let's get started by following the step-by-step preparation procedures;
Step 1: Slice the onions and pepper, cut the fresh tomatoes and put other ingredients in order.

Step 2: Set pot and put vegetable oil, wait for it to get hot then pour the fresh tomatoes.

Step 3: Add onions and pepper and let it cook for 2 minutes.

Step 4: Add other ingredients (salt, maggi, thyme and curry).

Step 5: Let the sauce cook for few minutes before pouring the egg into the pot.

Step 6: Cover the pot and let the egg cook well. Now, see the delicious egg sauce.

This sauce can be served/eaten with bread, white rice, boiled yam, plantain and potatoes.
