It's another time of the day to share my recipe with everyone of you. Hope you are doing fine today? It's a very simple snack recipe that everyone are familiar with but as we all know, a meal can be the same but the preparation methods could be different.
Let's see what I have here to share with y'all;
I want to share a puff-puff recipe and it's of large quantity, so when following my recipe, divide it to smaller quantities.

First of all, let's get know what Puff puff is;
Puff-puff is also known as deep fried dough which is made from yeast dough and its basic ingredients are flour, salt, sugar, yeast, water and oil for deep frying. Other ingredients like nutmeg, onions, milk and pepper are optional.
This snack is very easy to prepare.
Let's proceed to the preparation procedures.
Ingredients Used | Quantity |

Flour | 3.4kg |
Sugar | 51 teaspoon |
Nutmeg | 2 |
Salt | 8½ teaspoon |
Yeast | 34 teaspoon |
Milk | 20g (optional) |
Onions | (desired quantity) |
Fresh pepper | (desired quantity) |
Vegetable oil | 2 litres |
Preparation Process |

Step 1: measure and sieve flour into a bowl

Step 2: measure milk and add ( milk is optional)

Step 3: measure yeast, sugar and salt and add to the ingredients bowl.

Step 4: mix all the dry ingredients together. Measure water and pour and continue mixing.

Step 5: Add pepper and onion and stir, then cover it for 30 minutes for the yeast to take action by the mixture rising.

Step 6: place pot to dry and add oil then make sure it is 2-3 inches deep. Scoop a little of the mixture in your palm and squeeze it into the heated oil pot.

Keep frying till it's golden brown on all the sides.
