Welcome to my food blog. Today, I want to share one unique recipe with you all which is recipe of Nigerian party jollof rice.
The main ingredients for this meal is Gino tomato paste and Gino maggi.
Nigerian party jollof rice is made with rice which is the essential ingredient. The meal is simple and easy to prepare anywhere either at home for family or for an event. Nigerian party jollof is very tasty and delicious especially when you have your secret ingredient at your fingertips.

Today, my secret ingredient is Gino products (tomato paste and maggi).
I will show below, the step-by-step preparation process and the other ingredient used;

Ingredients Used

  • Tomato paste
  • Rice
  • Maggi
  • Crayfish
  • Salt
  • Onions
  • Thyme
  • Curry
  • Pepper and
  • Vegetable oil
Preparation Process

Step 1: the first thing to do is parboiling and washing of rice while preparing your other ingredients like; slicing of onions and blending of crayfish.
Step 2: set your empty pot, when it dries up, put vegetable oil and allow it to heat up.

Step 3: put in party jollof tomatoes paste and allow it to boil for 7 minutes.

Step 4: add all the ingredients (onions, maggi, pepper, curry thyme and salt) to the pot.

Step 5: pour a little water and let it boil for just 2 minutes.

Step 6: pour the parboiled rice and stir it.

Step 7: here's the last step for making of this tasty and delicious Nigerian jollof rice. Add the crayfish and cover the pot so the food can cook properly.

Monitor it and add a little water in an interval if necessary till it's soft and dried.

Now, my Nigerian party jollof rice is ready and it can be served with any type of protein ( beef, fish, chicken or egg). I served mine with fried chicken.
