So what recipe do I have today? let's have a look;
It's a recipe of coconut rice. Coconut rice is very simple to prepare with correct ingredients. Since coconut milk is the essential ingredient, every other ingredients are optional ( you can add any ingredient of your choice).

Here are the ingredients used for my delicious coconut rice;

• Coconut milk
• Rice
• Fish
• Maggi
• Salt
• Onions
• Pepper
• Crayfish

Preparation Procedures

Step 1: break and grate coconut
Step 2: parboil rice and fresh fish separately.

Step 3: wash grated coconut and sieve the milk into the pot.

Step 4: add all the ingredients (salt, maggi, pepper, onions, fish crayfish and rice lastly) while the gas is off.

Step 5: set the pot, turn on the gas and cover the pot to cook.

Cooking

While cooking, monitor if the rice is soft to your taste or add water (coconut milk) if necessary.
Check if the water has dried off before bringing down the pot.

I love coconut rice recipe because it is one of the straight forward recipe to prepare with ease for breakfast, lunch or dinner at the comfort of my home.
