What a lovely short story. I can't stop reading it over and over again.
I confess that you struggled tirelessly to make yourself visible to me, you looked like a palm tree in full movement with the breeze, I, on the other hand, looked like a tree in winter, without leaves, much less without flowers or any fruit to offer.
This part and many others cut my heart.
