WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OWN BUSINESS AND JOB?

The difference between own business and job is very clear and simple to understand which I will carefully explain below;

Own business just like the name implies it is the process whereby you are the owner and the boss of a particular business and you have the sole responsibility of employing people to work for you and for those people there are being given a job.

Job simply means a person who works for a business owner in other to earn a salary or wages and also get to enjoy the benefits of retirement as at when due.

When it comes to owning a business there are so many advantages that are involved and some of them are;

• You have the legal rights to make any decision without being questioned
• You are free to do what ever you like with the business
• You as a business owner do not answer to anyone
• A business owner do not waste time waiting for salary
• Your business can be inherited by your children

And when it comes to job on the other hand there are also so many advantages involved which are;

• It serves as a medium that brings connections
• You have a secure source of income
• You get to enjoy the benefits of pension after retirement
• A good job comes along with health insurance

IN YOUR POINT OF VIEW WHICH ONE IS MORE BETTER?

To me I sincerely think that owning a business is way better than having a job because while working for someone you can be easily replaced or fired and your wealth is limited because you can never work for someone then becomes richer than the business owner.

Meanwhile as a business owner you get to enjoy financial freedom and all you need to do as a business owner is to promote your business which in turn makes you to earn more.
