How do you manage your monthly budget in a job or Business? |

I can manage my monthly budget easily in my job.Although I have less pay.At a situation when salary is less then expenses it is somehow difficult to manage.But Allah have special blassing on me Alhamdollillah. Prices for necessities are constantly increases in Pakistan. But I easily manage my all month budget.
When ever I don't make much my brother help me and support me. I wish prices could never change.Its is somehow difficult to manage but I can when use money in moderate level.
Skill or Education what is important for getting a handsome Job or running a successful business? |

Skills are most important just as an education. There are job problem in my country. My brother is still jobless even after he complete an Mcs in 2018. So for that reason skills are important because due to skill everyone can start own businesses instead of waiting for job opportunities.
We face less anxiety when we have a skill because we can find our own route. Own businesses provide greater freedom and higher incomes than jobs. My father was also business man and we spend standerd life .But I have now my own job but I have problem to fullfill our requirement .
So the business people spend more happy life then job people.So I can say that in today world having skills is more important than depending only on education.Business seems like a better option than traditional employment.

Having my own business allows me to improve my lifestyle and produce something extra good quality and amazing design. It will be more satisfying in my opinion. Rather than simply having a boss and handling the difficulties of whole staff.

My family is under my care because I have loss my parents. I also paying my daughter whole expenses Alhamdollillah. Although it is not too easy. I struggle hard and with Allah's blessings I am able to live a comfortable life. Even though I am not the most successful.
