Yes, I love for technology and digital life Because technology and digital life have changed human life a lot. All this progress that we see in the world is possible only because of technology. Technology has created ease for people by reducing the distance of the world. Today the world has reached the moon, all this has become possible only because of technology. Technology has transformed our lives. We rely on smartphones, computers, and the internet for everything we need, like communication and access to information. Technology has changed our lives so much that we call it digital life. Because of technology, we are recognized at the international level. From smartphones to the internet that enables instant information, technology has become a necessary part of our lives.

The digital devices I use in my everyday life are given below:

Mobile phone:

My mobile phone comes first among digital devices, which I use the most every day. Mobile phones are a necessity these days for everybody. I use my mobile for social media, the internet, calls, text messaging, and photography.

LED:

Nowadays people use LEDs more instead of TV. The advantage of LED is that it shows good quality pictures and also consumes less electricity. I use LEDs in my home to watch movies, and dramas and play games.

Computer:

The second most used device after mobile phones In my house is a computer. I use computers for various purposes like internet programming, processing, and making assignments. There is a capacity to store a lot of data inside the computer, so I have also stored my pictures, movies games, etc. inside the computer.

Digital devices provide easy access to knowledge and wisdom. Through this, I became capable of teaching, investigating, and being informed about various topics.

I have also improved my communication skills through digital devices. Digital devices help us connect and strengthen our connections with people in the world.

I also use digital devices to study online. If I don't understand a lecturer in college, I go home and use digital devices to understand the lecture. Digital devices have allowed me to study wherever and whenever I want.

I also use digital devices for entertainment. Whenever I get bored with my daily tasks, I find entertainment through digital devices.

Excessive use of digital devices can cause eye strain, anxiety, depression and loneliness.

Misuse of digital devices promotes evail in society this spoils the system of society and our young youth.

There are also chances of our personal data getting hacked through digital devices.

Dependence on digital communication can reduce face-to-face interactions, potentially leading to social isolation and communication difficulties.
