What Is The Difference Between Own Business And Job?

Business:

Business mean own work in which we earn money by selling and buying products. Business is industrial, commercial and professional activity. We need a lot of investment to start a business. Business is a big source of progress. Business depends on the man, If he works hard enough to run his business, he becomes successful. By choosing a business, a person has his own work, so profit and loss are also his own. Business is the biggest source of income.

Job:

Job is a smaller source of income than business. Job means we are working in any Institute under any person. In the job, we cannot decide our work on our own, but there is a boss on us, he decides our work and salary. Job's identity is that we work as employers. salary is fixed in the job and there are very few opportunities for advancement. In the job, we have to take care of the rules of the office, we have to go on time and work properly.

• The advantage of owning a business is that we do not depend on anyone but we are independent. We are the master of our work. We are not answerable to anyone for our work. we have complete freedom to do work

• One advantage of our business is that our salary is not fixed. If we work hard to run the business, then we get more profit.

• Job is a way to earn money. In the office, we work using our skills and in return we earn money. Although We do not earn enough according to our desire for a job, it is better to have a job than to be unemployed. By doing good work in the office, we get promotions and bonuses along with a salary which increases our income.

• In jobs, we get chances to meet new people and work in new places. We interact and communicate with people and our communication skills also become good. We get to learn something new every day on the job.

• In Jobs, we teach discipline and rules. We come to the office on time and also leave on time. We also care a lot about the rules in the office. In this way, during the job, we become punctual and take care of discipline.

In Your Point Of View Which One Is More Better?

I think business is better than doing the job. because if we do business then we can earn a lot of money by working very hard in it. Apart from this, profit and loss are our own and we are not answerable to anyone for our work. If I talk about the job, then the salary is very less which it is difficult to survive. In jobs, we are also at risk to be fired. In jobs we also have to listen to the taunts of the boss and a tough attitude has to be tolerated. Keeping all these things in mind, I would prefer business.
