How do you prefer your beans, beans and bread, beans and garri, beans and egg, beans and (oki)pap? I like every combination with beans. My name still remain @mhizta and my title today is about beans. Today you all will come to know how I viewed beans, how often I ate beans and if I have an opportunity to share a plate of beans with a steemian, who will be that lucky person?

Beans is yummy yummy, so if someone refer something to be yummy yummy it's means that particular thing is very delicious. Talking about bean, I can say is something edible that can be taken as food. Different people have different way of preparing their beans.Infact, I don't think there's anybody who doest like beans. beans is a source of protein, fiber and minerals and the fun part of it is that it can be prepared and cook in different method and with different varieties of food.

I mentioned yummy yummy earlier. I don't play with means, infact, I love eating beans. I also mentioned the nutritional value of beans which is protein for body building, fibre and also minerals.

Now why do I eat beans often? Because it's not expensive, which means I can easily get it because it affordable. You can get a jeriga(measurement) of beans at the rate of 400 down here in Lagos Nigeria.

Let me tell you another fun thing about beans, beans have it's own unique taste.😋 I can decide to cook my beans without adding any ingredients and spices to it. Some people prefer their beans saltless, which means you don't need to add add salt while boiling the beans. that type of beans is called drum beans here in Lagos and it's brown in colour.

That comes to the main part of the contest, my favourite cook means. I mentioned brown beans which I said we call it drum. This type of beans didn't required much time to get done. that's is why people always prefer it to others. Another thing is that drum is has it's own taste, if you like cook with just with water, the sweetness is spectacular.

that's means you'll automatically become my Val on 14 February. I like cook beans with more Palm oil. There's a saying: Our country no dey carry last, when it comes to beans, yoruba people are always on top notch. Here is the Yoruba beans I bought today 👇👇
