Meditation has also helped improve your sleep patterns, and you wake up feeling more refreshed and energized. You feel more in control of your emotions and reactions, and you are able to handle stressful situations more calmly. It has also helped me with physical health, as you have seen your blood pressure and heart rate drop after practicing meditation regularly.
