A certain company have been having some difficulties balancing a certain account for a very long period. Many were sacked and others resigned because of these very issues.

This balancing of accounts has cost the company a lot because they ended up losing money to the different experts they bring daily to carry out the work. The company have people who are supposed to do that work but they are looked down upon.

It is said that a prophet has no honour in his own house and that was the case of this company. They kept bringing and paying people who were unable to balance the account after everything. So the company kept losing money over and over.

Someone suggested to the boss that instead of bringing people from outside they should instead try to use the people they have inside. The result may be delayed but they don't have to pay extra charges for doing that.

The boss then decided to consider the advice he got and then gave the task to his employers and then gave them time to deliver. They worked day and night combining their effort. It wasn't an easy task but they were able to pull through.

On the final day that they were given, they all came together and then worked collectively and balanced the account without any issue or error as it was in the case of the experts that they were invited to do the job initially.

They were a team of 5 persons committee and they were filled with joy after balancing the account which the company had paid much to others without getting a tangible result. They were all promoted and they had an increased salary. This was how they became known even to other companies.
