Here is my entry on a Contest "S2W1 - "The Digital Connection & influence of devices in our lives Published by @aaliarubab.

The digital connection and influence of devices in our lives is growing remarkably nowadays, With the accelerated advancement technologically, we are now even more connected than how it was years back.

Modern devices like smartphones, tablets, laptops and other digitals devices have become part of our daily routines, influencing various aspects of our lives.

Below, I will write on the three questions on this Contest.

Do you love technology and the digital Life?

I personally love technologies and the digital life because it enhances various aspects of my live especially when talking about how convenience and it easy access to information, with my digital smartphone it's easy to stay at the comfort of my home and order online products with this technology has simplified tasks and saved time and energy.

Let alone talking about accessing information easily, the idea of internet has made information readily available at our fingertips. We can access news, make research, and educational information, all with just few clicks.

I also love technology because it constantly brings new and innovative solutions to our daily challenge.
Most times I do use my phone to watch on YouTube and implement new ideas of solving problems especially on my carrier as a computer engineer, technology has change the way we live and interact with the world at large.
It also create connectivities like making calls, videos and Chatting using different apps like Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, telegram, tweeter and many of them that are accessable, I also love using it for entertainment like listening to musics, playing games and watch of movies.

Which digital devices you prefer to use in your daily life?

Frankly speaking I love using my Smartphone and is it one of the most commonly used digital devices, because I use it barely all the hour for making calls, texting, internet browsing, social media platforms and gaming.
I also love using laptops/notebooks especially in my profession as a graphics designer and data processing, it really using both devices really helps me get my job done easily.

What are some positive and negative effects of your dependence on digital devices?

POSITIVE EFFECTS
Digital devices has many positive effects along with negative effects as everything has advantages and disadvantages. As I said digital devices has a lot of positive effects like, increasing access to information, improve communication, enhance productivity online, it is convenience and can be use for entertainment and leisures.

NEGATIVE EFFECTS

Talking about it negative effects it causes addiction and dependency, being over reliance on digital devices do lead to addiction, where individuals spend much amounts of time using these devices especially smartphone.

It causes physical health issues, using digital device like laptops and smartphone can lead to different physical health issues, like, eye strain, neck pains and many more.
Study make it know that most digital devices emit invisible light ray that may be harmful to human cells especially the brain, so it is advisable to follow the precautions of each device we are using.

Also privacy and security risks being dependence on digital devices makes us expose to privacy exposure, data theft, and cyber attacks because our personal information is stored and transmit with our devices.

IN CONCLUSION

As we all love using digital devices due to it numerous advantages making live easy, convenience, connectivities, entertainment, easy accessibility and internet services.
it is also important to know it negative effects and follow the precautions from the manufacturers so that we can avoid risking our life, is important to strike a balance and use digital devices responsibly.
