What Is The Difference Between Owning A Business And A Job?

The difference between owning a business and a job is very clear. To this, own business means you are the boss of your business and enjoy the profits of the business; job means a person that works for a business owner to earn a salary. This means Jon earns you a salary, and business earns you a profit.

Also, owning a business doesn't have a fixed income. In a business, today you can earn 20% profit and tomorrow you can earn 30% profit, whereas in a job, your salary is fixed and can only increase based on promotion.

As a business owner, you can go to work at any time that you like since you're ready to make decisions for the growth of your business, whereas when you are hired to work as a job, your employer is responsible for making decisions while you obey his or her authority.
