What's your favorite form of exercise?

Exercise is very important for our health, and it can be of any kind, but according to my opinion, the best form of exercise is running. Because when we exercise in the morning by running on an empty stomach, our extra belly fat is reduced. Apart from this, there are some other types that are very suitable for exercise, including yoga. This is also my favourite exercise because when we do yoga for four to five minutes, we feel relaxation, which is very good for our health. Push-ups are also the best type of exercise because excess weight is lost by doing push-ups, and this type of exercise is also very strenuous. Most people follow the type of exercise that reduces calories and fat; that's why most people's choice is a morning walk.

A morning walk is a very effective way to lose fat if people exercise early in the morning. Cardiac muscles also become stronger due to morning walks. And the heart also pumps. The easiest form of exercise is cardio, and it is also a good exercise that helps you sleep better and also helps you lose weight faster.


Share a quick and healthy breakfast idea

  • A quick and early breakfast for me is an egg in the morning because it has an extra amount of protein and it synthesises the muscles.

  • Eating yoghurt for breakfast in the morning is also very useful because it has fewer calories than other proteins and contains nutrients such as calcium and zinc, which are essential for a healthy person.

  • Whole wheat toast is also a good food for breakfast because it contains fibre, is digested slowly, and does not increase the sugar level.


How do you manage stress effectively?

Various activities can be done to manage stress effectively, which makes us feel relaxed and comfortable. To reduce stress, we can do various exercises, including yoga, etc. Also, we can reduce it by talking to each other and meeting each other in communities. Taking care of our health is most important.

When we take proper care of our health, we will not feel stressed. Stress can also be controlled by not using drugs or alcohol, and if we keep ourselves connected with social media, this is also an effective way to prevent stress.
