I am @hudamalik20 from Pakistan. How are you all ?. I Hope you all are well and doing great in your life .Today I am participating in this contest Coffee Photography Challenge Week 26 organized by @uzma4882 in Steem for Pakistan community.
Actually I'm not that much of a coffee fan but I tested it some time ago and I didn't like it.But some time ago my sister made me coffee many times at home and I drank it many times with my friends so I started to like the test and now I drink it many times at home too.
Last two weeks my final paper was going on so I had to stay up late at night to prepare for it so my friend told me that you should drink coffee at night then you will be active and can study. I used to make a mug of coffee at night and it helped me to stay up late and study.So when I saw this contest I made this coffee at night.
After that I took a cup in which I put two spoons of coffee and two spoons of warm milk and 3 spoons of sugar and started stirring it because it gives a very good coffee test. After that, when the milk was heated, I poured the milk into a cup and a spoonful of coffee paste into the glass.My coffee is not as delicious as restaurant but it still feels good to drink and it tests very good it refreshes us.
I am sharing with you many of its benefits which my friends have also told me.
Live a longer life :
It contains many antioxidants that protect our body from harmful chemicals , that weaken our body and they also protect us from heart diseases.
Reduce depression :
Yes, It has been proved that people who drink three to four cups of coffee a day are less prone to depression , because it removes the substance that causes depression in our body and we feel relax.
Burn fat :
It boosts the metabolism in our body and helps to eliminate the fat materials in our body.
Making you feel better :
It helps our brain functions to work better which also makes us feel good and we feel energetic.
Improve our brain and heart's health :
If we consume coffee in moderation, it can be beneficial for our heart and brain health and it also protects us from many heart diseases.
