Church: my view, Myself wk26

A big hello to all the steemians, curators and moderators. I want to say a big thank you for this particular great contest which is about the church. Much thanks to @saintkelvin17 for organising this contest topic. I have been able to capture picture of churches including my own church to share and write more about the contest topic.
I will be following the contest hints to explain more about the church and how essential is to we the Christians.

What do you understand by the word church

People define the word church differently due to their own understanding, some understand it as a place of worship, sacrifice and devotion. To me church is a physical building where Christians of the same belief gather to perform some religious activities. It's a gathering of two or more people who agree to serve and worship Thier creator together.
To me the church is not just the building but the people are make up the church, it can further be explained that a church is a gathering of people not just a building.
Here in Nigeria we have different types of churches which seem to worship the same creator being God but differently. We have, the mother churches which gave birth to other churches. Some of the primary or mother churches include:
❤️Methodist church
❤️ Apostolic church
❤️Assemblies of God
❤️ Salvation ministries and many more.

How often do you go to church and what's the name of your church?

My church is one of a kind that don't have alot of weekly activities after a normal Sunday service. The weekly activities is mainly for the workers on Mondays and Bible class on Thursdays for all the members in the church. I don't really go for the weekly activities because of my school schedules, I get tired after a long one in school. we slashed out choir rehearsals on Wednesday and Saturday because of high cost of transport fare for some of the choristers, we now have our rehearsal after Sunday service.
The name of my church is life and peace mission located at ring road 3, oron road. The church is a very old one though, I was born into the church and am still attending till now.

Tell us the benefits of going to church

First and foremost, one thing about the benefits of going to church is from your faith for breakthrough and your dedication to God's word. There are so many benefits of going to church which will love to list some out :
❤️ People go to church to increase their spiritual life
❤️Most people attend church service to seek deliverance and healing
❤️ People attend church to hear the word if God and ask more questions about the Bible.
❤️ Church is a great place where Christians meet to know about themselves and talk much about spirituality amongst themselves.

Which steemian do you want to go to church with.
I have so many steemian friends but I will love to go with @bossj23 to JW to seek different kind of Bible's involvement and more. With him. He's one of the most religious person have ever met, he tries being so serious and dedicated too

Church is a really great place, especially now that most people enjoy seeing preaching on TV n more. It's very necessary to attend church.
