Weekly Drawing Contest || Week-04 || Draw The Grapes
MATERIALS:
Here are the materials I used to draw the grapes.
- Sizeable plain sheet.
- Pencil.
- Eraser.
- Crayon.
STEPS TO DRAW:
I started by drawing the leaf attached to the grape.
Then continued with adding the stick to the leaf, which carries the fruit and leaf also.
Then proceeded with drawing the grapes fruit itself, by gradually taking in the curves.
The next step was to color my grape and leaf first before the stick.
Lastly I colored the leaf and then thicken the parts.
Grapes are bunch of fleshy, rounded fruits that gets to grow in clusters which are made up of many fruits of greenish, purple, yellowish or pink skin color. The pulp is usually sweet and juicy, containing numerous seeds. It is known in almost all part of the world and it's eaten raw, although it's for wine production mainly.
Grapes are known to be a type of fruit that is grown in clusters of about 15 to 300, and
therefore can be black, dark blue, crimson, yellow, orange, pink green and pink. All "White" grapes are likely green in color, and they are evolutionarily gotten from the purple grape.
Yes I have eaten the fruit before, but I didn't really like it. It makes my teeth feel so sharpen and it doesn't really taste good in my mouth. But the best time to eat grapes can be early in the morning and early evening. For the morning it helps digestive system a lot and for the evening it helps you sleep like a baby.
Whenever I feel like to gift it out to my loved one or friends, I buy it. And int area now grapes costs now. It is been sold in foil and the price is #800 naira per plate which is there about 6-7Steem..
Here I will list you out some Benefits of eating this fruit;
Lowers blood pressure:
Grapes are known to be very low in sodium and are well fit into a low-sodium diet plan by helping to decrease blood pressure.Reduces high cholesterol:
In grapes, you will find plenty of fibres, making them a very good option in helping to lower high cholesterol.Helps maintain brain health:
The great and powerful antioxidant in grapes helps to reduce oxidative stress, which have every possibility to reflect positive effect on the brain.Improves bone health:
Eating grapes may help you to maintain strong bones which the vitamin k and minerals potassium, calcium and magnesium.Improves sleep:
Grapes are seen as great evening snack. Although they don’t have lots of calories in them and could naturally help you fall asleep and sleep well.
Here below is the disadvantages of eating grapes;
Grapes can be very dangerous when eaten too much most especially on an empty stomach. And also eating large quantities of them might result to diarrhea. Some group of persons have allergic reactions towards grapes products and the grapes itself. While other side effects could be headach, dry mouth and cough.
