What is meditation? How is it useful for our health?
Meditation is one of the activities that we do to get our hearts and minds calm, therefore if we are in a state of chaos it would be nice if we want to do it.
Meditation is also not prohibited in religion because it is very important and useful for every human being, be it a Muslim.
A Muslim, if he is praying, if our hearts are calm and our minds are also comfortable, then we will feel a solemn prayer.
Meditation is also very beneficial for every human being because the benefits of meditation are to relieve stress, reduce emotions and excess, help people who are traumatized and focus on life.
What are the basic guidelines of meditation for a beginner?
When we as beginners want to do meditation, what we need to pay attention to is focus on our goals and concentrate on what we are doing by means of meditation.
Meditation is a way to focus your mind with high concentration and be aware of what is happening to you, so in the end if you experience stress, it will decrease.
How do you practise every day?
We can do the right meditation activities at home, namely by having to focus on our goals, looking for a quiet place, thoughts and feelings and breathing must be calm too.
Meditation in such a way will ultimately give maximum results and give us peace of mind and peace of mind and soul.
What kind of good result do you find in your body after meditation?
From what we get by doing meditation and that if we do it with the right process then we will always have positive feelings about this life, quality life.
Convenience in living this life with a calm heart and more focus on every work we will do next, therefore it is very important if we want to do meditation.
