For this you have thought to cheapen everything by which we can grow. This is a very good step, when we make things cheaper, everyone will be attracted to it. As you reduce the fees in education then everyone will want to raise their child. Because sometimes there are some families who are not educating their children because the cost of schools is too high. So the point you have noted is very good for the development of our nation.
