Steemit Hard work is going waste | No Support

I am writing this post with heavy heart because I am being very disappointed with Steemit Support distribution system which is going on now a days.
I had Joined Steemit Platform since 2022 and I worked very hard here with full of dedication and made my name with hard work. But situation was not worst compare to present time.
Now situation is, You just work hard, post every day and expecting small curator support only because big curators had selected sames users and every day only selected users get big supports, other users don't even think about good big support but now small curator support is also stopped. I had posted around 8 posts in this week but my 7 posts are about to expire without getting any support which is painful.
In previous days, Booming support was atleast expected but now it is distributed also among same users.

I understand pain of every users who came here and work hard continuously but getting nothing. It is time taken process to write post, comment and engage with other users and I don't expect much but now situation is if you post 60 posts in a month with quality then it is hard to earn 150-180 steem. It is disappointed situation now.
What is point to promote of Steemit with others?
Every people days that we should promote with others but do we really think we should promote Steemit now? We will say to them come and join this platform and you can earn with your hard work but when they will post continue and get nothing and they will see that sames users get votes support every day. Other users don't have chance to get anything so they will say to us that why did you promote this platform to us?
I think new registration form should be closed because if only same users will get vote and support so there is no need to get new users.
If votes are limited and only distribute among selected users so there is no point to increase crowd here.
I am not taking any name, neither target to anyone. If I hurt someone via my post so please sorry but I request to @steemitblog that please look forward and please improve vote distribution system so all users get something and it should be shuffle and every user should get chance to get support. We are member of Steemit and work very hard so I am raising my voice against this.. Hope it should be noticed.

My friend @yourloveguru it is well with you, well when I joined this platform last year I was advised not to carry the mentality of cashing out immediately on steemit but instead I should build my reputation and work hard, that growth on steemit is a gradual process, so with hard work and determination it will pay off.
So please don't get yourself work out, keep pushing and hoping for the best. There are a times my posts will pay out zero all through, I felt discouraged but I never stopped writing that's why I'm still here, for I know my best is here.

I am not talking about to get cash out, neither I am stop to write but I have raised questions that if all posts will go on zero that moment what do you feel..and on other side same n same users are getting huge vote. That's my pain. I never ever do complaint.. this is first post after 2 years of joining because I am feeling disappointed.
I am here for my daughter's education and i am getting nothing so I am getting worried that how I will do manage and my wife n daughter think that I am working so I am collecting money for future.. how I will tell them that I am investing time but getting nothing.
