Ofcourse Yes, Communication is very powerful skill which can change situation, people's decisions, people's mind and can convince anyone. This skill is really mandatory in every field, wheather you work in multinational company, office, marketing etc. If person don't have communication skills so they can not get success, this is butter truth. This is very mandatory for success in any field.

I am shopkeeper where I need to talk to customers, demonstrate our shop's product and need to crack sales, communication plays major role in marketing because if I don't have communication skills so I can not convince customers to buy products. Marketing is toughest job because it is not easy to take out money from other's pocket. It is possible only through communication skills. So I am the perfect example.

I also worked as team leader in BPO call center where I communicated with Americans on mortgage process and high communication skills is needed in this job because with in 2 minutes, you have to convince customers.

I am lucky that at my shop, many customers give compliments to me that my communication is super even at my office, my boss addressed me Tiger. My whole career is based on communication so my life is perfect example.

Yes I remember, Prime minister Narendra Modi who is known as his best communication skills. In 2014 year, Congress government were ruling Indian since many years but Modi ji convinced whole India to choose him as Prime minister and Communication skills had made significant change and He became Prime minister of India and He is owned his seat since 2014 to till yet just because of his high communication skills.

This is best question and everyone should try to improve their communication skills .Here are some examples:

Reading books, Newspaper is best way to enhance your communication because in communication you have to explore your thinking power, then choose any topic and try to describe that topic infront of mirror. Try n try you will get success, slowly you feel that you are being confident to explore your thoughts without fumble and your communication will get improve.

Debate and discussion is best way to enhance communication. Choose any topic of social media, current affairs and start debating with your partner, friends. It is best way to improve communication skills.
