Steemit Engagement Challenge /S19W1-“Power of communication skill”

Steem greetings to everyone from my motherland country Cameroon.It’s another opportunity for me to participate in this new season19 Steemit Engagement challenge. Where we are free to write on the topic “Power of communication skill”.

.A lot of people have different ways of communicating but some have a special way which draws one attention.It can be expressing yourself,style of talking , listening and intelligence is responding. I will be sharing my my thoughts focused on the topic given,I hope you will find pleasure reading through my post below 👇.

Yes course I agree with the statement communication is power. A lot of people do not know how to communicate and lack that style and intelligence to draw on attention when communicating. They are people who have lost respect in their relationships, jobsites and the community . They live in because the lack skill of talking and most at times they provoke someone.

That is why at most company, there is always a communication service department.These company know not everyone can communicate well with intelligence. That why they prefer more expertise who is their field to hire them. Lack of communication can spoil so many things that might be unable to fixed .Some people speaking un controllable.Lacks, emotional intelligence, style , manner, response skill and language barrier to communicate. Therefore, there is power in communication.

I remembered few months ago when my classmates and I left from school and we were heading to take a taxi .One of our classmates discovered immediately her phone is no way to be found .We had to see her off in the classroom to check her phone .We arrived there the phone was no way to be found .We tried to ring her telephone and it was passing fortunately some answered. That she just picked this phone infront of the school gate .

My classmates was tense and started insulting the person on phone and treating him to bring the phone . I felt bad because this guy just picked her phone and even accepted by describing his location where we can meet him and collect the phone .While there the owner of the started ranting and trying to bring problem with the guy that picked .

He insulted the guy at one point the guy felt bad .I had to calm down my and used my intelligence begged the guy on my classmate to give us the phone.I really saw my classmates lack wisdom and power of communication.She was very insulting and disrespectful to that guy as if he stole his phone.

I had one of my friend after graduating from the university . She started looking for a job and has volunteered in so many places. Yet has never been recruited as a worker ,She did not give up but keep on trying had .One day a company advertisement a Vancancy for an account . She was selected for the interview.

During ,the interview she was competing with guy . The guy was very intelligent but lacked the skills of communication by answering question . There was too much pride in her .At , the end of the day my friend was employed the company as the accountant.One of the first recommendations they made about her is that she was composed , intelligent and had the skilled of communication. Which was highly rated by the company.

For one to improve his or her communication skill . One need to practice active listen before you respond, Make short sentences that will not make you to communicate poorly l. Don’t be in a haste to respond to someone think well before you respond. Try to read story books or do online English courses like leadership,Itel ,Tofel and Build your skills of emotional intelligent .To be able to improved in communication skill.
