I've also seen a lot of parents who put a big emphasis on finding well-rounded activities their kids genuinely enjoy. I think the balance is so important - not forcing activities, but guiding kids toward positive outlets that mesh with their interests and talents. Like you said so well: "the best extracurricular activities for today's children are those that match with child's interests and strengths."
Yes, some parents force their children to play this and that game after seeing others do so. That may be someone else's passion and skills, but it may not be appropriate for this child. Therefore, it is important to encourage children to pursue any activity that matches their interests and abilities. Thank you for reading my post and providing a positive remark.
