HWC Contest #12 || POWERUP AND WIN STEEMS WEEK 5 by @vanessageorge

Hello Wind Whale Community, I am happy to have joined this community and to be writing my first post, the first of many. Thank you @jyoti-thelight for creating this incredible contest!

I have been part of Steemit for 26 days now and enjoyed every single one. I try to participate and engage as much as possible, I do want to be, one day, a whale. That is the reason why this community is perfect for me.

I already joined the club5050 so my earnings on this platform go 50% to my SP. I do feel thought that in order to achieve my goals I do have to Power UP often. Today I will power up all my liquid Steem, my amount is low, as I am a newcomer still, but I guess all whales one day were newcomers too.

The fastest way I have to do a power up is to go to my wallet through the link on my Steemit profile, I am usually online. Once I am on my wallet I can proceed to do the power up.

As of today, April 11, 2023, I have 52.336 STEEM. I clicked on the drop-down arrow and chose POWER UP. I want to power up all my liquid Steem so I just click on the entire balance in blue. I don’t need to create any memo for this transaction, the only thing I need to do is to input my private Active Key.

After I finish this process I can already see my new Steem Power Amount. This power up is vital for me, it will give me the possibility to increase my engagement on the Steemit platform. I will be able to post, upvote, and comment even more.

I advise all newcomers to pay close attention to your Steem Power. If you want some day to be a Whale is a vital part of the process.

Is going to take long to become one myself, I know, the only thing I can do is enjoy every step of the way. I least I feel I am giving the right first steps.
