Steemit Engagement Challenge S6/W1 - List Your Childhood Outdoor Games, Which are Not Famous Globally

Good day Steemians, I'm so excited to be here in this community and participate in this interesting contest called Childhood outdoor games that aren't famous globally. Go with me as I share with you my childhood outside the game.
Outdoor Games
Childhood outdoor games are games we play outside as a kid with our siblings, neighbors, and friends, it is the type of game that somehow can be likened to doing an exercise because while playing all these games, you can not be in the same spot, there are some where you run, while in some jumping and moving can be seen.
They are games that show how clever a child is in solving puzzles, hiding, moving, and so on. We enjoy playing this game as kids and playing it makes us so happy that at the end of the day we sleep like just like a kid that we were with no worries about the world.
My Childhood Outdoor Games
Now I will be listing and discussing my childhood outdoor games that are not famous to the world.

Tug of War: This game is being played by two groups with the use of a rope, one leader is selected from each group and the two leaders would hold onto the rope with a straight line being drawn in front of them, then each team would join the leader in holding the rope and drawing it back and the team that was able to pull the other team to their side is the winner which means the other team pass across the line and cross to the other team side.
Butter or Tea: This game is very similar to tug of war just that there is no involvement of rope, and instead of the team holding on to the rope, they would hug each other back and be pulling the other team, and whichever team that was able to pull the other team to their side by passing the line is the winner.

It is called butter or tea because at the start of the game when the leader stands not too close to the line drawn in front of them, then they would be asking the kids that wish to play to choose what they will eat bread with Butter or Tea and whoever choose butter will hold onto the butter leader back by hugging him or her firmly and same to the second team.

Who is in the Garden: This is a game done by forming a circle with one person in the middle of the circle bending down and also someone outside the circle singing, and moving round the circle. The kid outside would be singing around the circle and asking questions while those that form the circle will be replying, the song goes thus;
The kid outside the circle: Who is in the garden?
Others: A little fine boy/girl (depending on the sex).
The kid outside the circle: Can I come and see him/her?
Others: No, No, No, No.
The kid outside the circle: Follow me.
Anyone that he/she touches will be following the person outside and the process will continue till all the kids in the circle follow, then a number of 1 to 10 will be counted by the person outside while the rest apart from the person inside the circle will run away, then after the last counting, the kid in the middle will be searching for any of the kids and whoever he/she chooses will be the one bending down in the middle while the one bending before will be one of those outside the circle.
Skipping Rope: Skipping rope/rope skipping is an exercise children do for fun it is done by jumping up and down while a rope is rolling up and down to the floor and the kid's leg must not touch the rope.

It is done in two ways either the person playing it will be the one holding the rope or two other kids hold it at each end while the one playing will only be jumping up and down, then figure will be counted per jump, when the kid's leg touches the rope, such a kid gets disqualified while another kid takes over with the number being counted from 1 again, whoever has the highest numbers is the winner.

Logic puzzle game for smartest find and count: This is a game played by written figures in form of a puzzle on a piece of paper, figure 1 will be far from 2 till it gets to the desired number the kids wants and then all of them will spend 2 minutes mastering how the number is being placed, then after that, they will choose how they will play.

When it is time to play the other kids will sing by saying: "
Counting of numbers" then the kid playing will start touching and counting the numbers loud from figure 1 without stopping and once it stops because he/she can not find the next number that means he/she is out of the game and other follows till it reaches everyone's turn, whoever that counted the highest numbers is the winner.
The benefit of outdoor games for children
Conclusion
Playing all these childhood/adult games comes with some sense of satisfaction, happiness, and fun, we were able to move our bodies while running to hide and jumping up and down, and we make use of our eyes and learn fast when playing logic puzzle game which boosts our level of thinking and assimilating.
All these games were played with total happiness and a free mind and in the end, we enjoyed every bit of it, I can not list all the games we play as a kid but with those listed above, you can imagine how much fun we had then. Thank you for sharing.

She also used to play a lot in the game of tug of war in her childhood. This game is played by assembling groups and using a rope. I have heard the name of this game butter or tea for the first time. One of favourite game among is skipping rope like once I jumped 500 times while playing it.
And I played tug of war too, but the butter or tea is something unique to me.
