How are you all my friends hope everyone is fine and healthy and I am also very well alhamdulillah by the grace of Allah today I am first of all I would like to thank @jyoti-thelight who organized such a beautiful contest for participating in the food diary game contest and every week I am really impressed by this contest and I am always ready to participate. Let's mention and present some food details about here but let's start without delay.
MORNING TIME |

It has been raining a lot in Bangladesh for quite some time now and because of this rain it is feeling a bit cold so I woke up this morning in a very good mood as there is no difference in the heat and the extra sweating that is caused by the heat is not working in us any more. It felt good and my Mood and mind were both good so I thought let's eat something new on a rainy day today I made some puri and added some dal to it and made dalpuri and put some cucumber with it and had morning dalpuri and cucumber Everyone's mood was perfect and I felt perfect.
LUNCH TIME |

At lunchtime also weather and mood of every one were good so today I made two recipes first I added pangas fish and potato corolla one recipe was recipe also today I peeled some potols and will make a bharta with those shells very good Now I am going to present you this bharta recipe which is delicious and rich in nutrients but let's start,

It is very easy to prepare my potol bharta recipe with all these ingredients but now let's know the step-by-step method of this preparation. |

First, peel the potol and take some potato with it and with it peel the onions green chillies and garlic and chop them finely
then put them on a clean frypan stove
add the washed vegetables onion garlic
then add salt turmeric and white oil to it
then mix everything well
then cook it for five to ten minutes and boil everything well and then fry it for a while then make it in
Then take a clean sil nora and take the cooked potol peel in it
then grind them well and prepare them for serving and also take some lemon
then I took a selfie with my recipe.

It has been raining all day so I did not go out today the outside condition was not very good nor the road condition was very bad so I spent time at home and in the evening I ate some boot halwa at home.
DINNER TIME |

At night today was the recipe for Aloo korola but instead of pangas fish I added some tengra fish and made it for night also at night I had some patal because I had stuffed patal skins for lunch and had some patal without skin so what to do with them. i am ready to potol vorta and vorta them in the night there is a lot of Vitamin A C and Phosphorus in Patol, also Patol curry is very useful for losing body weight and for digesting food, so at night I had potal vorta very good, it liked me very well and this is how I ended today's eating session.
