Greetings and congratulations to all my friends today I am here to participate in a new food diary game and invite my friends to my post first of all I want to thank @jyoti-thelight who organized such a nice contest these kinds of food contests are my favourite and I Ready to participate Today I will describe all the foods that I have included in my food recipes throughout the day in today's food diary game but let's start without wasting any more time.

MORNING TIME

Today after a long time, I woke up in the morning feeling very happy and full of joy because the weather was very bad due to rain for several days, that's why I was sad but today instead of rain, it was very nice to see the sun and wind outside so I wanted to eat something different when I woke up in the morning. morning recipeI have made rice flour roti, I love these ruti and very tasty with this roti, I have fried eggs healthily and healthily and two rasgullas and beef and dal recipe with it and completed the morning meal with fun.

At lunchtime I thought that something different could be done as everyday rice and fish are prepared and eaten so let's eat something different today I thought today there was some chicken in the house and it is not bad to make polao with that chicken and everyone in the house is very happy to eat polao. The ingredients needed to make Chicken Polao are:

I got ready to make the Polao and gathered all the necessary ingredients then I washed the chickens well cut them up and put some chopped onions in the oven.

I seasoned it well with masala then cooked it well with chickens then I took about one kg of polao rice and again put it in a clean oven

and then added oil along with some garam masala like bay leaves small cardamom added cinnamon and big cardamom after a while when the spices gave off an aroma,

I added the washed polar rice followed by two spoons of salt After that I fried the boiled rice well for 5 to 7 minutes and

then when the water from the boiled rice dried up I added the pre-cooked chicken and then cooked the chicken and boiled rice for another five minutes ,

then added enough water and medium hit I cooked for another 15 to 20 minutes and then It was ready with meI added some cucumber

and onion to the chicken polar it will make the polar testy rise more and then we all hot polao in the noon with great satisfaction and the polao was delicious as you can see in the picture.

Then after resting in the afternoon after a short walk in the afternoon evening time comes and I want to eat something so today I keep delicious and healthy food for the evening today I keep chickpea boots chickpea boots are very tasty and nutritious along with helping to fill the stomach

chickpea boot has no jury and Along with this I have put the nutritious dragon fruit in Bangladesh now a lot of dragon fruit is available and very cheap so we also bought a lot and my son likes a lot of dragon fruit so today evening we all ate dragon fruit together.

DINNER TIME

After eating so much hearty and delicious food throughout the day, eating something light at night is necessary and good for our body, so for the night, I have kept a hot rice and fish recipe. Fish broth with hot rice is very good. Bengalis call it Bengali food. Believing and obeying this custom, Bengalis like nothing else when it comes to fish and fish broth is always preferred by them I consider myself a complete Bengali and fish broth is also very preferred by me At night I complete my breakfast with hot rice and mathar jhol and we all thoroughly enjoyed this meal as the food was very tasty.

CONCLUSION

Finally, we all eat food but we all have to keep an eye that our food should meet our nutritional needs and not cause any harm to the body, then the food will provide the necessary elements to our body and from the food we can keep our body healthy. until we meet again in a new post, everyone will be fine, you will take care of your food and health.
