It was the day of my friend Shuvo's pre-wedding ceremony. It's a Bengali traditional ceremony that takes place before the wedding ceremony. This ceremony is also known as "Gaye Holud". The groom's relatives, friends, and neighbors are invited on this occasion who apply a little turmeric on the groom's face and bless him for his married life.

My friend Shuvo invited me to his pre-wedding ceremony. After having breakfast I went to the market. Then I went to my friend's house. The road to my friend's house was nicely decorated for the pre-wedding ceremony. When I visited his house I saw that every one of the houses was busy with this program.

My friend Rajib had already come to my friend's house to help my friend with his creativity. He was making some Crafts with the fruits. Those were amazing crafts. I came back home at noon. I took my shower and completed my lunch.

In the evening I attended the ceremony. I was surprised to see such an impressive decoration in the ceremony. It was a spectacular show for the visitors. My family was also invited to this event.

There are a lot of food items, which are decorated in front of the seat of the groom. The people who were invited to the ceremony who applied a little bit of turmeric on the face of the groom and feed him a little bit of fruits or sweets.

Some of my friends and brothers were also invited in this ceremony and I enjoyed this ceremony a lot with them. I was present in the ceremony till the end. I returned home at midnight.
