Importance of Power up

Before I start my power up procedure, I'd like to discuss with you, the significance of power up. You are aware that steem power is the driving force behind the steemit platform. We can have more influence on this platform if we have more steem power in our wallet. That is why everyone, including myself, is working hard to increase the value of our steem power. Not only that but it will help to increase our reputation. You can find 81.445 liquid steem and 5394.349 steem in my wallet right now. And my reputation increased to 71.401.

Power up Process

My dear friends, I am sure you are all very familiar with the power up process, by this time. However, because it is required to share screenshots of the power-up process, I will explain how I do this step by step.

Step 1

As I previously stated, I have 81.445 liquid steem in my wallet; by participating in this contest, I decided to convert 80 liquid steem to steem power. To begin this task, I opened my wallet and clicked the right mouse button on steem. The image below then appears, and I click the power up button to begin the power up process.

Step 2

When the "Convert to Steem Power" image appeared, I typed 80 in the amount row because I needed to power up 80 steem. Then click the power up button.

Step 3

When I pressed the power button, the 'Confirm Transfer of Westing' image appeared, and I pressed the OK button. Next appear ‘Sign to complete transfer’ image, so giving my active key I complete my power up process.

Here's my wallet after it's been power up. My steem power has now risen to 5474.364, while liquid steem has fallen by 1.455.
