We need to listen and to respect each other only then we can reach big results.
It’s one thing to communicate and it’s another thing to communicate effectively.
A lot of people even though they are right find it hard to express their opinions effectively through communication.
While some set of people don’t even give room for other opinions bringing about that communication gap. This sometimes leads to disagreement, if it’s intense, fights may break out.
I noticed that when they are a little company then everyone would like to speak up and there are not many listeners. I think in other areas of their life they are also very active :)
