Today Special Recipe Litti (22/09/24)

Hello everyone welcome to my new block. How are you all? I hope you all are doing well with the grace of God I am also fine. Today I am here to share with you all one recipe which is a Bihari dish that is very famous in Bihar I love this it is effortless and tasty so you can also try this at your home with some easy steps and you can make this with your home ingredients. Only you have to follow some easy steps. So let's start today's recipe.
Step 1
First, you have to take Sattu which is roasted gram flour easily available in the market or any grocery shop. Then you add mustard oil, finely chop onion, and chilies. salt. lemon juice and mix it nicely. Your mixture of little is ready.
Step 2
In the second step, we have to take wheat flour and make it like dough as we all can make roti regularly. Then cut the door into small pieces. Then we have to make those small pieces like a small Katori.
Step 3
After making a small Katori snape we have to fill the mixture in wheat katori and give the shape of a circle
Steps 4
In the 4th step, you have to on your gas put all the uncooked circle shape dough on the gas and cook well. Finally your little was is ready now you can serve the little with ghee e or you can serve it with chutney.
I like ghee so I will eat a litti with ghee and tomato chutney. This is the typical Bihari dish and this is very tasty and very easy you can make it at your home and you can see I used all home ingredients which is very affordable and available in the kitchen whenever I am bored with everyday roti and Sabji so I make this litti. Littiis very famous in Bihar.
