As humans we are very dependent on water and land. Why is that? Because the foods we eat every day all come from the soil, such as rice, wheat, corn, beans and so on.
Especially for farmers, land is a source of daily income or it can be a lifetime income. Farmers will grow crops there, such as garden farmers and paddy farmers.
In order for good plants and fertile soil, of course we have to take good care of it so that our hopes in life will be better. In order to take better care of the land, of course we have different ideas and ways.
When we plant in rice fields or in gardens, we all want our plantations or rice fields to be better plants. of course we will cultivate the land to be good such as providing fertilizer and giving medicines that maybe the soil will become fertile.
With so many illegal loggers destroying the land when it rains heavily, we can see that in some areas landslides are common due to bare soil. We have to take good care of things like this so that the land can always be used and make the environment good
If there are frequent landslides, a wall must be built along the landslide site to prevent landslides from occurring, for example we can see near large rivers. When it rains heavily the river water will be large and run fast, with this water the land will be carried quickly, so it is necessary to build a wall/barrier beside it.
On the other hand, when summer comes, the ground dries up and becomes sunny. This is very influential for living things. In this condition we really hope for water so that the soil becomes fertile again. What we can do at that time is to open irrigation water dams so that the rivers are filled with water again and the land is not arid.
If our place is difficult to reach by water or there are no dams and rivers, another step we can take to fertilize the soil is to drill a drilled well near us. With the help of drilled wells, the soil will become fertile again.
If we don't take good care of the land, if something bad happens, we will also feel it, and vice versa, if we care about the land, we will also feel the fertility and beauty of nature
With land we can plant anything so we can survive and with land we can also make money, meaning farming, both rice field farmers and mountain farmers. So that's why we have to take care of the land for the better so that life will be safe and healthy.
