The Diary Game:/[10/07/2024]// Exercising, Visiting the Market and Refilling My Empty Gas Cylinder

Hello my fellow steemians,my regards from this part of the country Nigeria to you all in steemit. It's very pertinent for all humans to have a strategy on how to manage each day diary activities, this makes it easy going while achieving a tangible and valuable results. So I will share on how I managed my yesterday beginning from morning without undergoing unnecessary stress.

In the morning I woke up by 5:30am I usually begins my day with personal morning prayer which lasted for 30minutes between 5:30-6am after which I quickly entered the bathroom, brush my teeth and had my bath and dress up and went to school,on getting to school every Wednesday is our sport activities in which both the staff and students are actively involved. The benefits of exercise are enormous which should not be over-look, they include but not limited to the following;

• proper functioning of the body

• To maintain balance ,

for agility and coordination

• To burn fat and weight loss

• For muscle development.

In the afternoon, after school I branch straight to the market to buy some food stuffs, I noticed that the price of goods was hike and I was wondering whether is due to the time I went because it was around 4:30pm, I couldn't even get all the food stuffs because the market was some how scanty

I got home around 5:30pm that was towards in the evening time I quickly rush to refill my gas cylinder in the gas station they usually close by 6pm since the distance is not too far I was able to meet up with the gas attendance and my gas cylinder was refilled.

When I checked the price last week it was #980 that's about 2.3 steem per kg as at yesterday the price skyrocket drastically to #1050 that's about 2.9 steem per kg, this altered my plan and led to the reduction in the quantity bought.

In conclusion, I was satisfied with myself because I was able to achieved all my daily activities despite the slight changes in price, delay in school and other unforeseen contingency.
