The representative will be elected by the vote of every citizen. Our Bangladesh is also a democratic country.

How is democracy functioning in your country?

Although our country is a democratic country on paper, at present the influence of democracy is very little. Dictatorship has developed due to the existence of a government for a long time. The governance system of the country is decentralized, each division has separate representatives for districts and police stations.They are supposed to be elected by popular vote, but now it can be said that they have been elected by force.

Although elections are held at the right time in the country, but most of the people do not go to vote anymore. People are now diverted from voting due to lack of complete fair elections.

Is your country free from any domination ruled?

Since independence, Bangladesh is known as a democratic country. Representatives are always elected through popular vote. But since the oldest political party of Bangladesh, Awami League, is in power for a long time, their biggest opposition party does not want to come to the election. Because of this, it can be said that one party has some dominance. Due to the two major political parties in Bangladesh, no other political party gets a chance to come to power.Because of this, when the party comes to power, the dominance of that party is somewhat spread.

Is your country self-sufficient in food production?

The biggest plus point of Bangladesh is in the production of food grains. Due to the blessings of God, Bangladesh has a lot of fertile land, so a large amount of food grains are produced here. Bangladesh is self-sufficient in numerous food grains including rice, wheat and corn. These food grains are also exported abroad to meet the needs of the people of Bangladesh. A large part of the population of Bangladesh is engaged in agriculture. And because of the many rivers in this country, there are many fertile lands. The farmers work hard and produce a lot of crops every year in these lands.Although weak in other aspects, Bangladesh is self-sufficient in food grains.

How is youth employment in your country?

Bangladesh is a small country in terms of size. But the population here is large. Therefore, a large part of the country is suffering from unemployment. Being a lower middle country, there are not enough job opportunities. Therefore, a large youth society of the country is now suffering from unemployment. Especially the highly educated youth according to their needs. A large section suffers from unemployment due to lack of work.
