The most essential thing that we need in our life to stay healthy and strong is food which is why we spend so much money on food. Food is important as it is a substance that gives us energy and makes us grow healthy. When it comes to eating food, I prefer eating food that would make me not feel too heavy and I like mixing my diet.

Breakfast

What I take for breakfast is something light which is bread, butter, fried groundnut, and Nutrimilk. Taking something like this in the morning usually makes me feel happy. I didn't stress myself in preparing the meal as each of the ingredients had already been prepared by their respective production company. What I did was to remove some quantity of slice bread from the leather, which I then Rubbed butter on and placed some groundnut.


Launch

Rice and stew are what I ate for launch. Although the rice was cooked the previous day I was unable to eat it all the very day it was cooked. Rice and stew are my favorite meals which is the reason why I like eating them more often than other types of foods.


Dinner

Throughout the day I was busy, so I couldn't have the chance to prepare something for dinner other than the fruit that I ate. Although this was what I was supposed to take in the afternoon I then took it at night. On my way returning home, I bought a watermelon and went home with it. In preparing the fruit I used fried groundnut, butter, and milk. Fruit is something that I like eating often.

El deesayuno además de delicioso también es muy nutritivo ideal para comenzar la mañana, pan, mantequilla, maní y nutrimilk .

El almuerzo realizado con ese arroz y ese guiso por encima lo hace apetecible y pienso que estuvo muy delicioso.

Que mejor opción para una cena que comer frutas por su gran valor nutritivo y su gran carga de fibra qué es esencial para nuestro cuerpo.
