Can you provide an example of situation where "Communication skill is the power"?

A simple example is the one I practice daily as a teacher, where the strength and ability to communicate well is needed. In addition to increasing my confidence, communication skills can make it easier for me to convey all kinds of educational information to my students so that all materials and information can be conveyed well. It is in such situations that it is necessary to utilize communication skills.

You can imagine if I as a teacher did not have the skills in communication, this would hinder the learning and teaching process. Even I am not able to motivate my students to always be serious and enthusiastic in learning.

How can one improve their communication skills ?

As far as I am concerned, the ability to communicate there is indeed a natural talent and also something that is honed and trained. But as far as I know, there are several ways to improve communication skills, some of which may be :

1. Understand the meaning and purpose of communication, it means to understand the situation.
2. Practicing the ability to speak is the next way, this will make us accustomed to delivering something well and effectively.
3. The combination of listening, understanding, paying attention, and appreciating other people's speech is a way to improve communication skills, this makes us learn a lot from what we hear and others convey.
