Hampir di seluruh penjuru dunia memiliki Permainan tradisional yang sering dimainakan, baik yang dimainkan di dalam ruangan atau pun yang dimaikan di luar ruangan. Permainan permainan tradisional ini jauh dari kata Modern, karena dimainkan dengan menggunakan berbagai peralatan seadanya. Tidak jarang alat yang digunakan berasal dari alam sekitar lingkungan, seperti ranting kayu, daun, barang bekas atau pun media sederhana lainnya.
