My beloved country, the Republic of Indonesia, which is in the Southeast Asian region, is one of the largest countries in the world that gained independence in August. The month of August is very special for the Indonesian people because it has a moment where the struggle of all the heroes is fruitful by gaining freedom from the invaders. Since independence, the democratic system in Indonesia has been running well.

The implementation and implementation of this democratic system can be seen from the general election activities which take place every five years. Democracy is a people's government or a form of government system in which all the people participate in governing through the intermediary of their representatives in parliament. The democratic system used in Indonesia is democracy implemented based on deliberation for consensus for the welfare of all the people. The democracy in question is Pancasila Democracy.

However, in general, according to my experience, the implementation of democracy in Indonesia is still faced with various challenges and obstacles. The dominance of power is still controlled by one party which is very detrimental to the life of the general public. Corruption, money politics and injustice experienced by society are common things that are often encountered. As a society, we are highly demanded in democratic education and actively participate in strengthening democracy in Indonesia.

Indonesia was once a successful country in self-sufficiency in food production. In fact, my country is the world's largest food exporting country, especially for rice products. However, due to various factors, Indonesia cannot maintain self-sufficiency in food. The power factor and also the natural factor are the main causes of Indonesia's failure to maintain self-sufficiency. But the hope is that my country can again become a big country that can reclaim this title.

Young people are the most valuable asset for a nation, including Indonesia. Young people don't just need jobs, but what's more important is how the state ensures they can work in decent conditions. In general, the jobs most liked by young people in Indonesia are according to passion, full of creativity, flexible working time but still productive. The most popular jobs chosen by young people are jobs in the service sector.

As a good citizen, I will always support any policies and programs implemented by the Government. I am sure that the authorities will carry out the best policies aimed at the welfare of all the people. I want one day my beloved country Indonesia to become one of the big countries that is taken into account throughout the world by other countries. So that one day my country will become a country that has a stake in improving the world economy. Even though currently Indonesia is still a developing country, one day I am sure that Indonesia will develop and be on par with other countries.

I also invite friends @wilmer1988, @pelon53, @goodybest, @suboohi, @patjewell, @malikusman, @inspiracion, @kouba01, @chant and others to join this contest.

The weight is reduced because of the lack of Voting Power. If you vote for me as a witness, you can get my little vote.

Democracy and one party ruling... I know too well about it. It is the same situation we are facing in South Africa. A story of corruption and neglect.
I always believed in democracy, but I am slowly but surely starting to change my mind.
I studied political science, but heavens knows, the politics of today are so much different than when I was a student.

Good wishes for the contest, and thanks for the invitation.

Kindly take note that this is the second post I am supporting you on this week.
Unfortunately, to make it fair to other Steemians, I cannot support more than two posts in a week.
