SEC-S19 / W1 | "Power of communication skill"
Hello steemit friends wherever you are, how are you all? Hopefully friends are still in good health and can carry out all activities well. Today I tried to take part in a Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 19 Week 1 contest organized by the Hindwhale community with the theme Power of communication skill
Communication is a very important thing that everyone must master. Good communication will determine success in every step a person takes. To be successful in terms of work, career or business, a person absolutely must have good and effective communication skills. Having good communication skills will of course make your job or career develop quickly. Communication is one aspect of human life that cannot be missed at any time. Through communication we can provide or receive necessary information.
Because communication will make it easier for someone to connect with other people even over an unlimited distance. Especially in the digital era that we are currently living in, which continues to develop, the ability to communicate effectively is becoming increasingly important. Communication plays a crucial role in studying how messages or information are sent, received, and understood between individuals, groups, and organizations. Communication is also an important tool for solving various kinds of problems, from simple to difficult problems.
I personally really agree with the statement "Communication skills are the power", because in my opinion effective communication will be a force to achieve something that is hoped for. Therefore, communication is something that is absolutely necessary for someone to achieve a goal. Basically, success is predominantly influenced and depends on a person's ability to communicate. So communication becomes a powerful force that will make us easily achieve success in life.
The area where I live several years ago experienced an armed conflict between two warring parties. Both parties, for their own reasons, are not willing to budge and this often causes casualties on both sides. However, what happens most often is that many people's lives are lost. The most concrete example that we experienced which shows that communication skills are a strength is when negotiations took place between the two conflicting parties. The peace negotiations initiated by one of the international humanitarian agencies through communication succeeded in making peace for both parties.
The result is that until now the area where I live has felt a sense of peace. We can also enjoy and earn a living safely and comfortably without any further disturbances. This is the history experienced by society about how communication became a powerful force towards peace. Negotiations carried out through communication are very effective and bring significant change to society. Until now, everyone can carry out various activities without fear.
Because of the importance of communication in all aspects of life, of course everyone needs to improve their communication skills to make them better and more effective. The success of a career is influenced by various factors, one of which is communication skills. To improve communication skills, first understand the importance of communication for success. Communication is not just talking but also listening, therefore learning to hear other people speak is also important. Then do good writing practice and use appropriate body language.

What is communication first of all??
Communication is the ability for a person or group of people to pass information from one person to another through various means. Such means include verbal communication, non verbal communication and written communication. These are the three basic ways to communicate to some and that why having the skill of communication makes it like having a superpower because it helps to maneuver through situations by airing out your views in ways that brings sanity to the listeners......
Before, I continue, i have seen from your images shared above that you have been actively involved in communicating with the public which will be generally on affairs thaf matters to all individuals. I bet you have experienced that there is power in having good communication skills.
