In today's busy world, people are not able to give themselves enough time because they are too busy earning money. Earning money is not bad but there should be a line where one should stop and think about their mental wellbeing.

Most of us are neither taking a break from our work nor are we taking a break from a tiring life routine. We are just working continuously, like a machine, to earn more money even when we have enough to live a peaceful life.

To make life qualitative, a person needs mental peace more than physical rest. And let me confess, I was one of them until a few months ago, but then I decided to take a break. I thought enough was enough.

Just as earning money can be a tedious and unappealing job, it's also easy to lose all your peace of mind by not caring about whether you're mentally and physically fit or overstressed.

Your perceived limitations could be one or many things, including peace of mind, which is why the best way to treat your mind is to keep a balance in your efforts to earn money and peace of mind. But then, deep inside, we don't act on it because we just don't believe we can do it. But trust me, we can do it. The only thing is that we should know our needs and where to draw a line.

Peace, happiness, and success are important aspects of our lives. To make mental peace the basis of happiness and success, a person must remain dedicated to their goals and their dedication.

There comes a time in life when we face a period of financial downturn. Lack of money or economic deviation first affects the mind and then our body, and later it may show up in our lifestyle.

Let me make it clear that both money and mental peace are necessary because poor financial conditions can also increase our mental peace. Stress first affects mental health, which gradually affects physical health as well. This stress makes a person completely ill so it doesn't mean you stop working. What I am trying to say is we should know our limits.

A bad financial condition also affects physical health. We calculate every day how much money we have, how much of it to spend, and whether we have enough money for our expenses. This is a common part of our lives, but when this seemingly normal calculation goes awry, it affects our mental peace.

This was not surprising, as I was usually dedicating five to six days a week to my work, even when I didn’t need it financially.

Believe me, if I had continued like that for any longer, I would have felt like a living dead: a fully functioning human shell with no inspiration, creativity, joy, or enthusiasm for my work. I was not following my passions. Passions that I find in writing and photography.

So I thought that no matter what my financial circumstances were, I shouldn’t be afraid to walk away from something that was draining my soul.

I decided quitting my job was a viable option. I saved as much of my income as possible and also explored every possible option for an exit strategy. It wasn’t an easy thing to do, but I did it because it gave me immense peace of mind.

I felt that walking away from something that wasn’t right for me was not a sign of weakness; rather, it was my strength to say 'no' to just another job, and then I had already worked for a long time, and now I wanted to connect my life with something that gives meaning to my passion and gives me inner peace.

So what I want to say is that the sooner you understand that happiness comes from developing peace of mind, the sooner you can take the steps that will get you there. Peace of mind is greater than financial happiness if you can manage your life without financial scarcity.

Conclusion-

Both money and peace of mind are important but you should know your priorities and limits. Everything is necessary but there is a fine line that can keep a balance in your pocket and mind.

I agree with you that both mental peace and money are very important for a person. However, we should strike a balance and live our life in a moderate way, so that our health is not affected and our necessities are also met.

People in today's world are driven by money, with no regard for a happy family life or providing adequate care for their children. They are exhausted, but never give up because there is a competition. When they were on close to of leaving this world and turning back, they realized the value of peace, but it was too late. Good luck with the competition.

Your writing clearly illustrates how a busy world means people often neglect their mental well-being in the pursuit of money. Emphasizing the importance of balance, you suggest that we must know when to stop and prioritize peace of mind. In this way, we can achieve a happier and better quality life.

Thanks, if we understand the value of mental peace and stop running after the money even if we have plenty of it our lives will be changed altogether. Money is important but we shall keep a balance. Thank you.
