Assuming you have a great idea or dream to birth out, without saying or communicating it out, I'm not seeing any possibility of executing it whether orally or in a written form.

That's the essence of the topic. You might have the entire world backing you up but if you have no communication power to express yourselves all your ideas will go to the dogs.
