Have you ever seen a successful organisation without communication? The answer is capital No. Good communication is a powerful tool in success of days to days activities.

In today's world, a life without communication is meaningless because good communication is essential in various aspects of life be it in business, education and in human relationship

Communication is the only way two individuals can share thoughts, ideas, opinions, feelings, experiences and lovely expressions.

Do you agree with the statement "Communication skill is the power"? Why

Yes, l strongly agree with the statement "communication is the power."

Based on my little know-how and experiences in life, l have seen that good communication is a simple way to resolve misunderstandings, conflicts, wars, dispute and etc, thereby helping both parties to be in peace with each other.

As a leader or a senior personnel in any organisation, strong communication skills helps in fostering good leadership. I think this is the way he or she will be able to inspire, influence and motivate others to act in approximate manner.

Communication also helps to promote unity, coordination, collaboration and productivity in both personal and professional setting. Talking about learning, communication simply facilitate accurate knowledge sharing, error correction and genuine feedback from students.

In all, I believe that a good communication skills is the foundation of strong and lasting relationships, personal growth and success in different aspects of life.

Can you provide an example of situation where "Communication skill is the power.

I have been with a particular medical practitioner for half a decade now through whom I realised that good communication skills among healthcare professionals helps in saving patients life and contributes to quick recovery of different client around the globe.

Are you aware that miscommunication or lack of communication can lead to incorrect diagnosis and delayed recovery and even to patient's deaths?

In terms of emergency in any hospital, the present medical personnel would quickly share information about the injured patients and the physician on sit will offer to give a proper diagnosis and treatment plan to nurses. Then, nurses on duty collaborate to address the patient's present situation, and give medical attention and basic health education to both patient and their relatives.

The communication skills will definitely bring a better change in the life of the patients.

With the above example I have, we can agree that effective communication skills is the power that saves thousands of people's life, prevent unnecessary harm and ensure optimal patients care and life.

Some historical examples where "Communication skill is the power" led to significant change?

To be very honest and sincere, l don't know too many historical moments where good communication skills was helpful but I think it is always very common in terms of war and dispute among two parties.

Hear what My grandmother always tell me; "Any who don't know how to communicate well in olden days, will be got lost."

Historically; "there was some schools I remember that had disputee with another, one was largely populated while the other was less. In a time, the lesser was attacked by the larger - aiming to close down the school. Good communication skills was what helped in this regard; how? They both settled the conflict, misunderstanding and differences amicably by having the directors and some officials of the both schools in a closed door meeting for settlement. Thanks to the power of communication and understanding which plays a vital role and bringing a significant changes".. My grand Maa related.

How can one improve their communication skills ?

Improving a communication skills requires a lot but attainable. Frist, such individual should be willing to adapt to different situations which might also involve self-awareness and personal art or practice.

Another way we can easily improve our communication skills is by paying close attention to the speaker, ask questions for proper or more clarifications and also accepts corrections. It is advisable for one to practice mindfulness which will help him or her to cultivate self-awareness and emotional intelligence.

We can also learn about different communication style of others and this will help to understand and adapt to various cultures, personalities and good communication approaches.
