Assignment of duties for Hind Whale Community
Namaste Steem Family,
Hello friends, all of you are welcome in the Hind whale community. We all believe in working together here. Because all of you should be given the right guidance, that's why all your posts will be checked by all the mods and admins of our team and if there is an error then you will be told that you should not repeat that mistake further.
I am sure that you will give full cooperation to our curation work. And will follow all the guidelines wisely.
I believe that the community is not made by any one private person, everyone cooperation whether it is a new member or an old one.
Yesterday our team had a Google Meet where we talked about the important aspects of the community, Steemit, and people development and shared the work of all the mod and admin.
Verification of Submitted Posts
We all decided together that all the mods and admins will do their work every day to verify the post, which has been given to them. After verifying then with the help of a curation account we will curate.
The given table shows the daily verification of users by administrators and moderators .

As soon as a post has been verified, our official community account @hindwhale will visit the author's post in order to vote and comment on it. You will see a format resembling the one shown below when your post receives a comment from the official community account because we have already created templates for both of the comments.

A weekly contest will be organized by the community
One or more contests will be conducted every week so that maximum engagement can happen on this platform. A contest is very important for any community, it creates mutual coordination between all the users.
It will be our endeavor that the contest should be conducted according the right time and its result should also be made available after the end of the contest within 2 days.
Contest organized by community account as well as own account. The topic of the Contest will be chosen by the views and opinions of all mods and admins.
We will update you as soon as there is any new program start related to the development of the community.
