Thanks to the steemit team and the entire steemit blog for the initiative of engagement challenge which I am so glad and happy to show my participation now.
If you lived in both generations, like 90s and 2k which one did you like the most?
I love this topic because it has alot to talk about. I was born 1999 which I can say I was part of the 90's 😊 because I was born in the last year before 2k generation. I grew up with the knowledge, behaviours and Ideas of 2k lifestyle but I can tell of the difference.
If I am to talk about this both generations, I would prefer the 90's generation because life then was so easy. I could remember vividly in early 2k there was sugar of 5naira I mean the life itself was so easy, things were cheap, their life was full of understanding between each other, there was no much bloodshed as that of now infact I wish the hands of time can be turned back to 90's.
How is school life now, and what was it like in the nineties?
I do not experience school life of 90s but my father would always tell me stories of how enjoying their education was. My father is always frowning at the education of nowadays because educaion is no more valued. Nigerians were colonised by white men which I belief that they gained that education directly from the source( white men).
My father had told me ones that, they were begging them to go to school back then in 90's and the government are just waiting for them to graduate ad be given a job but now, even with the lengthy schooling, there is still no job.
Compare 90s entertainment with 2K entertainment.
I must say the entertainment in 90's is better and far better than that of the 2k. let's talk about the movies industries, the movies they act in 90s is full of teachings and lessons of life but the movies acted now are so rough and no lessons. 2k movies this days are full of romance and porn which is not supposed to be.
Look at the dancing steps of 90's. They dance meaningfully and sing meaningfully, their behaviour towards entertainment is so respectful to audience but sincerely it is not like that now again.
Compare 90's and 2K's games/sports
I do not know much about the sports or games of 90's and that of now but seeing that zeal of sport in my father's lifestyle means that the sports and games in the 90s are quiet different although there might no be much difference but there is always a difference in all between the 90's and 2k
Compare the sweets from the 90s and the 2Ks.
Oh my God! I could remember those days where my daddy buys different sweets for me. The Jinka chewing gum sweets, and somany other sweets but I have forgotten their brands honestly but I must say and confess that those days were memorable and I will not forget that.
The difference of the 90's sweet and that of now is quiet different and obvious. Things have changed due to the situation of the country but we will always belief that all will be fine. I want to warmly invite my following friends to read through my post and show their participation too, thanks and I love you all...

Practically, the education of the 90's was disciplinary and they educated very well despite not having the technology of the 2000 era.
What your parents tell you about the 90's is absolutely true, life was more comfortable at the level of study and fun entertainment, with traditional games.
Sports have still been present in the decades, it's just that previously people felt that passion for playing either sports or traditional games.

Well said ooo. I remember when we used to buy food items and things with kobo. Back in those days my dad give us 1kobo and it’s plenty money. Did you know that 1 naira can cook you a pot of soup. If you had twenty five naira, u are a big man. Now all that’s in the past. I strongly agree with you that I prefer the 90s to life now. I reiterated this on my post 90’s/2ks
