The best post I have read or come across this week on this platform is a topic written by @simonnwigwe which says smoking kills.
Honestly speaking while reading the post I realized that excess smoking is not good to our health it damages the lungs and the kidney.
In this post the author wrote about the main reason why people get addicted to smoking, he also told wrote about his friend that became addicted to smoking and his life was damaged he also wrote about the things that we should do to reduce the rate of smoking in our locality.

I have really learned alot from this post that's why I chose it as the best post that I have read this week and I decided to share it with you guys so you can advise those who you know that are addicted to smoking to stop before it may be too late.

His user name is @simonnwigwe as I mentioned earlier, he is a very kind and humble being infact he was the one who introduced me to this great platform and I will forever be greatful to him for that.
He is very handsome and at the same time very intelligent as well he make sure that am always active in this platform and also learning. He holds online and offline classes for me and my colleagues just to teach us about this platform steemit.
He has also introduce many other people to this platform, he sometimes holds an event just for the promotion of steemit.

Reason for selecting this post
Why I select this post is because this post has educated me a lot about the dangerous effect of smoking.
Please if you know anyone who is smoking better advise him to stop.
You can see the story he told us about his friend who was doing well but since he started smoking, he does nothing good with his money other than smoking all day, to the extent of him not even minding to eat good food but just to smoke away his life.

He also gave good reason why we should avoid smoking, in my opinion anybody who is a smoker an come across this post will surely change and stay away from smoking.

I believe anyone who come across this post must learn something same as me here, The things that I have learned why reading this post are as follows:

• I have learned that smoking cigarettes are for people who are leaving in a cool environment so as to keep their body warm at it's once in a while that's why it's been sold.
• I also learned that depression, bad association and environment are some reasons why many people become addicted to smoking.
  The best of it is that I have learned a lot about the dangerous effect of smoking cigarettes.

Why not anyone who comes across this post and don't recommend it to people out there is very wicked.
Because this post have educated me about the harmful effects of smoking cigarettes and the price that comes with it, why not I will recommend it to other readers so as to educate them on what they need to know about the word smoking kills.

And by recommending it to readers out there I may be able to save a lot of soul and people out there.
